Please note the following:
If your item qualifies for free returns, we will issue you a prepaid return label. Please note that you must deliver your package to an authorized drop-off location; airport pick-up is not included.
All returned items must be sent back to us in the original shipping box and packaging materials. They must be shipped back to our warehouse
Write thehomelightings.com on the pre-printed return address form that comes with your boxed order or get it from your thehomelightings.com email. Complete the returns form, then package it with your order and attach the address label to the outside of the box. Send your return via FedEx, UPS or USPS and get a tracking number.
Once the product is received in good condition at our warehouse, we will refund the product amount to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges on all purchases and returns are non-refundable. All items must be in original packaging.
